Cancellation Policy

A $300 deposit is due at booking to reserve your party date & time. This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. However, you may reschedule your party within 3 months from the original party date. The deposit will then be applied to the rescheduled party date. You may not cancel & reschedule a second time.

Party Cut-Off Time Policy

Our expectation is that you and your guests leave promptly at the end of your event. We need to be fair to all staff & guests who need to setup for the next event, therefore, if you and/or your guests leave late we charge a $50 late leave fee. This fee is collected if you and your guests have not left by 10 minutes after your event ends. This fee is automatically collected and is not collected or controlled by our event staff. We have an automatic alarm arming system that initiates a lock 10 minutes after your event ends, and we utilize a third party vendor who monitors our outdoor camera system to initiate and collect this late fee. This fee is non-refundable.

Facility Guidelines

Please read our policy

1. You may arrive up to 20 minutes prior to your event time to setup and our hosts will be there to assist! Please don't arrive any earlier as our staff will be cleaning and the doors remain locked until your setup window time. 3. Our facility allows up to 15 children max, and a 35 participant max including children & adults. If you do expect a bit more, please let us know so we can make sure to have enough staff onsite to assist. 4. Any balloon structures brought in that are over 10 balloons need to be taken with you at the close of the party, you may not pop them onsite as the remains presents a choking hazard to our young guests. 5. All children must wear socks, we sell them at the front desk. Adults may wear shoes, but in our soft mat play areas we ask that adults wear socks. 5. Each participant needs to have a waiver signed prior to entering the play area. The form can be completed online at this link https://www.staynplayfun.com/signwaiver, or upon arrival. 6. Please do not glue, tape or tie any structures to the bounce house or our walls. 7. You may bring any food and drinks (finger foods recommended, no alcohol allowed). Please look out for a follow up email with your party details. We will confirm the number of children within 2 days prior to the event date.
